1. Features
The composite insulating material paper has good dielectric properties, high heat resistance, tear strength, tensile strength and mechanical strength, and good impregnation performance. It can be bonded to the high-density polyester fiber non-woven fabric of the outer layer. Improve the mechanical strength of the film, maintain good flexibility and further improve the heat resistance and thermal stability of the product.
We can customize various shapes of insulating materials according to customer needs, such as taping, slices, tube cores, etc.

The DMD composite insulating material is suitable for general type and humid tropical type electric tank insulation, turn-to-turn insulation and liner insulation for class F insulation, and can also be used as transformer coil insulation. Mainly suitable for the production and automated production of motors and electrical products.
